Meet Lorraine Richards
My family and I have been living in Western Springs for over 25 years and are active members of the community.
I believe that every Medicare beneficiary should have a reliable and knowledgeable resource to help them navigate what can sometimes be a very confusing and overwhelming system of rules and options. As an independent insurance agent and owner of AEM Insurance Agency Inc., I have access to the different companies that offer Medicare related plans in you area. You will benefit from my experience, AHIP training, 150+ hours of annual Medicare insurance training, and past work in insurance regulation & compliance. I look forward to speaking with you about your needs.

Community Outreach
Help the St. Francis Xavier food pantry, a member of the Greater Chicago Food Depository, serve those in need in our community. Drop off nonperishable food and household items Mondays 9 am-noon at the south door of the Rectory: 124 N Spring Ave, La Grange.
